Welcome to The Pilates Sphere.

A boutique reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Richmond, London. Our studio is a calm, spacious, light-filled environment designed to help you move, focus and reset - a serene space away from the pace of everyday life.

We offer five distinct classes: Beginners Reformer Pilates, Beginner to Intermediate Reformer Pilates, Intermediate Reformer Pilates, Advanced Reformer Pilates, and Stretch Reformer Pilates - allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. For safety reasons, we’re unable to admit new clients once a class has started. For returning clients, there is a 5-minute grace period

Beginners reformer Pilates Class

The perfect class to begin your reformer Pilates journey. Enjoy a full-body workout while mastering the fundamentals in a supportive environment.

Ideal for building core strength, toning, improving flexibility, and recovering from injuries. Gain confidence on the reformer and enhance overall body awareness.

Pregnant clients are very welcome at our beginner classes.

For your first class, please arrive 10 mins before you class starts, so that our fabulous team can show you how to use the reformers and set you up safely. Unfortunately, we can’t let you into class if you arrive for your first class after it has started. For returning clients, we have a 5 minute grace period.

Beginner-to-Intermediate reformer Pilates Class

Our new class, designed for those looking to transition from Beginner-to-Intermediate Pilates classes. These classes are designed to support you transitioning to move intense moves, showing you correct form, alignment and breatwork, to ensure you get the most from your intermediate classes in the future. .

Expect variety, challenge, and results!

To get the most out of this class you will need to have a couple of Beginners classes under your belt. Not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or injuries.


Intermediate reformer Pilates Class

Our signature dynamic Pilates class is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to challenge and energise your body. This dynamic reformer session builds core strength, enhances flexibility, and improves overall endurance. With a mix of controlled movements and resistance training, you’ll sculpt lean muscles, boost stability, and elevate your cardiovascular fitness—all while being kind to your joints.

Expect variety, challenge, and results!

Not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries.

Advanced reformer Pilates Class

With a reputation for delivering challenging advanced classes, we now offer these sessions four times a week. Designed for those who have mastered the principles of Pilates, this class pushes you to your limits—in the best way possible! Expect dynamic, full-body movements, increased resistance, and a faster pace to build strength, endurance, and control.

Perfect for experienced clients looking to elevate their practice and take their reformer training to the next level.

To get the most our of this class you will need to have a couple of intermediate classes under your belt. Please do not join this class if you are new to our studio. Not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries.

Stretch reformer Pilates Class

Feeling stiff, sore, or achy? Need a moment to come back to yourself? We've got you covered. Our popular stretch class is the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. Your instructor will guide you through a series of slow, controlled stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and reconnected.

Our Stretch classes are suitable for all levels, including pregnant clients

We offer both class packs and monthly rolling memberships.
